Pool House

We stayed here in September of 2014. The first thing that I have to tell you is that the pictures do not do this place justice. This house is HUGE. It has all of the modern conveniences that you would expect from a home (TV in every room, cable, WiFi, lots of outlets, hair dryers). The furniture is comfortable and clean and new. The porches have great outdoor furniture and the one off of the dining room is where I spent every morning with my coffee.
There is plenty of parking below the house and there are outlets outside for charging your golf cart (rent one of these, too -- so much fun and so convenient!).
The house is very close to the beach (literally a two-minute walk), to the grocery store (three minutes on the golf cart), close to restaurants, and a short drive from Main Street. The home is clean, comfortable, safe.

My warnings about this place:
1. There are stairs...lots of them. If you are traveling with someone that had trouble with them, I would be cautious about this place.
2. Bring blankets. Even if you get the linen package, blankets are not included and all you are left to cover up with are these hotel-style bed spreads that are tailored to the bed and not good for covering up with.
3. Paying for make-up service does not guarantee that the beds will be made when you arrive. That happened to us. It was disappointing after driving 12 hours to get there and then having to make the beds when we had paid for it to be done. They did refund the fee for that, but still...it was disappointing.

I would rent this house again and I would rent from Thomas again.
