A second public meeting on the plan will be held by the Hazard Mitigation Planning Committee on Thursday, July 23, 2015, 5:30 p.m., in the Training Room at City Hall. The meeting will include a presentation on the scope of the plan and recommendations expected to be forwarded to City Council for its consideration.
The draft plan includes recommendations on repetitive loss properties, hurricane and flood preparedness, and other topics.

The public will be given an opportunity to ask questions and provide comments. Residents and property owners are encouraged to attend the meeting.
