Golf + Pickleball Mobility Training Clinic Coming to Little River on June 16
The Mobility Lab brings a TPI-certified physical therapist to Pin Point Indoor Pickleball & Golf for a 45-minute session targeting the exact movements that drive your swing and your game.
Golfers and pickleball players on the Grand Strand looking to move with less restriction and more control have a new option this month. The Mobility Lab, in partnership with Forever Young Mobile Physical Therapy, is hosting a Golf + Pickleball Mobility Training Clinic on June 16, 2026, at Pin Point Indoor Pickleball & Golf in Little River.
The session runs from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. and is led by a Titleist Performance Institute certified physical therapist — meaning the instruction comes from someone trained specifically in how the body functions in the context of golf and racket sport movement, not just general fitness. The TPI credential, widely recognized in professional golf, focuses on the relationship between physical limitations and performance, and the clinic brings that same structured thinking to the courts and bays at Pin Point.
What the Clinic Covers
The clinic is designed around a repeatable warm-up flow and sport-specific mobility drills targeting the body areas that most directly affect swing power and court movement: hips, thoracic spine, shoulders, ankles, and balance. The goal is not a generic stretching class. Participants work through targeted sequences built around the physical demands of golf and pickleball — the rotation needed for a full backswing, the shoulder reach required to defend a high shot, the hip stability that keeps a player grounded through a split-step.
Attendees leave with take-home mobility moves they can fold into their pre-round or pre-match routine — simple, targeted exercises that address rotation, reach, and stability. The session is designed for mixed ages and all skill levels, from recreational players to anyone who has noticed their range of motion tightening up over the seasons.
Where and When
The clinic takes place at Pin Point Indoor Pickleball & Golf, located at 304 SC-90, Unit A-1, Little River, SC 29566. Pin Point opened earlier this year in a 47,000-square-foot facility off S.C. Highway 90, bringing nine indoor pickleball courts and seven Trackman golf simulator bays to the north end of the Grand Strand. The space also includes a full bar and restaurant, a pro shop, and private event space — a notable addition to a stretch of the coast that has seen significant growth in both golf and pickleball participation.
Pin Point is easily accessible from the Windy Hill and Crescent Beach sections of North Myrtle Beach, as well as Cherry Grove and Ocean Drive — making it a practical stop for vacationers and residents alike who want to sharpen their game while they’re on the Grand Strand.
Pricing and Registration
The clinic is complimentary for current Pin Point members and FYMPT clients. All other participants can register for $12. Attendees are asked to bring water and wear comfortable athletic clothing. The organizers note the session is not recommended for anyone with a new injury, unexplained numbness or tingling, or severe pain — those individuals are encouraged to inquire about a one-on-one evaluation instead.
