Each of the duplex's two oceanfront 4,500 sq ft villas has four king suites, four guest bedrooms, seven full and two half-baths, a gourmet kitchen, WIFI. The game rooms with 60" TV, pool table, air hockey, and foosball are perfect for hours of family fun. Each villa has an extra refrigerator and a laundry room with an extra dryer.
YOU'LL ENJOY THE SHARED 14'x24' unheated POOL, kids' pool, and charcoal grills. You'll be just a few steps across the dunes from the beach. Each home is nicely equipped with a 52" HDTV in the living area, bedroom TVs, and ten DVD players. These accommodations are non-smoking, and motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are welcome. Rented weekly Sat-Sat May through summer.
SLEEPING UP TO 28 including kids, Villa A has:
1st Floor: BR1-1 Double and 1 Single; Living Room - Queen Sofa Sleeper.
2nd Floor: BR2-1 King; BR3-1 King; BR4-1 Double & Bunk Bed (Single over Single); BR5-2 Bunk Sets (Single over Single); BR6-2 Bunk Bed Sets (Single over Single, Single over Double).
