MANY OF OUR VACATION RENTALS are available at special monthly winter rates from October through March. Guests who stay at least 90 consecutive days receive preference in property selections and enjoy extra savings – the rental is not subject to the 10% SC tax that is applicable to shorter stays.
ALL PROPERTIES HAVE FULL KITCHENS and are comfortably furnished. Some have enclosed “all weather” swimming pools and whirlpools. Monthly winter rates include lodging and all utilities (basic cable, water and electric). Most of our condos and homes also provide internet service. There is a one-time reservation fee and departure cleaning fee added. Landline telephones are provided in some properties and long-distance charges may apply.
