Andy is a homegrown resident, born and raised in North Myrtle Beach. He attended North Myrtle Beach High School and graduated from The Citadel with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Horry County Accommodations Tax Committee and a board member of the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce. Andy represents the third generation of the Thomas family and has been with Thomas Real Estate, Inc. and Thomas Beach Vacations since 2004. As the Director of Homeowner Services, he believes that knowing and understanding the goals of our vacation rental property owners is key to client satisfaction. Andy works primarily out of our Cherry Grove office at 625 Sea Mountain Highway and can be reached at extension 3045.
