DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY SERVICES

Director will oversee the maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping departments for a moderate size, competitive vacation rental management company. Responsibilities include development, tracking, assessment, and reporting of department goals; budgeting; recruitment, training, supervision, evaluation, and professional development of staff; representation on and leadership input on team of directors to support and solidify corporate goals; other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Management experience (minimum 5-7 years)
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Computer experience and knowledge
  • Problem resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities with focus on quality, follow through and accountability
  • Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
  • Comfortable in fast-paced setting
  • Desire to excel, contribute to corporate success
  • Flexible schedule
