DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY SERVICES
Director will oversee the maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping departments for a moderate size, competitive vacation rental management company. Responsibilities include development, tracking, assessment, and reporting of department goals; budgeting; recruitment, training, supervision, evaluation, and professional development of staff; representation on and leadership input on team of directors to support and solidify corporate goals; other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Management experience (minimum 5-7 years)
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Computer experience and knowledge
- Problem resolution skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities with focus on quality, follow through and accountability
- Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
- Comfortable in fast-paced setting
- Desire to excel, contribute to corporate success
