Thomas Beach Vacations has been personalizing vacation packages for families, friends, and golfers for over 60 years. Owner Property Management (Owner Services)

Under the Thomas Beach Vacations division, our Owner Services Department manages the vacation rentals for our owners. This benefits owners with services, such as property ratings, inspections, repairs, scheduling renters, billing, an online portal, and overall day-to-day management.

Real Estate Sales

Annual Rentals
Our annual rentals division leases and manages properties across the Grand Strand. Our comprehensive services include online rental search, application, applicant screening, and payment portal. This removes the rental burden process from the owner as we take care of tenant communication, payment, maintenance, etc., and offer an owner portal for

Homeowner Association Management (The Beach & Company)
