My name is Jacqueline Ramsey, but you can call me Jackie. I was born in New York and moved to the area when I was seven years old, and I’ve proudly called it home ever since. In 2004, I married my husband and began my career with Thomas Beach Vacations—two milestones that made that year especially meaningful. We are now the proud parents of three wonderful daughters: a high schooler, a College of Charleston Cougar, and a Coastal Carolina University Chanticleer.
My career at Thomas has always been centered around building strong relationships and supporting both owners and clients. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in several roles, including department assistant in Owner Services and Annual Rentals, before becoming an Owner Services Representative. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the industry and a true passion for helping others succeed.
In addition to my hands-on experience, I’ve worked to further strengthen my professional knowledge by earning a Basic Business Certificate with a 4.0 GPA. Through this program, I completed coursework in Principles of Management, Marketing, Introduction to Business, Business Law, Fundamentals of Supervision, and Business Ethics, enhancing my skills in business operations, communication, and problem-solving. I also hold a certification in Interior Design Basics, where I developed skills in space planning, color, lighting, and design evaluation to help create functional and visually appealing spaces.
I truly enjoy being part of the Owner Services team and working alongside such a supportive and dedicated group of colleagues. I’m committed to using my experience and knowledge to support our property owners and help contribute to their long-term success.

Hello, I am Laura Cartrette. I’ve been with Thomas Beach Vacations since 2008 as a Guest Service Supervisor and joined Owner Services in late 2022.
I’m excited to build ongoing relationships with you—our homeowners—and earn your trust. I moved to this department to learn, broaden my knowledge, and experience new challenges. What is great about this career is continually enhancing my people, communication, and problem-solving skills. There is the added benefit of meeting people from all walks of life.
Others would describe me as trustworthy, caring, a good friend, ambitious, reliable, understanding, and warmhearted. My goal is to put these traits to work in providing the best customer service possible while providing peace of mind that your needs are met.
What makes me tick is being a mother to my son, Brayden, 18, and watching him grow as an individual. I’m guided by my father, my role model. He was the bravest, strongest, and most selfless person I’ve ever known.
I’m a beach native—from Little River. My heart remains here as I love boating, going to the beach, watching Gamecock football, and enjoying time with family and friends. Oh, and spending time with my sweet rescue dog, Annie Mae!

Hello, my name is Kelsey Claiborne. I was born and raised in Oxford, N.C., where I grew up playing volleyball, riding horses, taking ATVs around the farm, and enjoying as much outside time as possible. I moved to Wilmington at the age of 18 to pursue my education at UNC-Wilmington, where I eventually graduated with my undergraduate in hospitality and tourism management and my master’s in business management.
I moved to South Carolina in 2015 to work with Wyndham Vacation Ownership, working in multiple departments to advance my early career. Five fast years passed, and I was then recruited by Yellowstone National Park. There, I managed two of their hotels within the park and worked with the National Park Service Concessioner’s Department, ensuring quality assurance of the company’s entities.
Three years later, I am back in South Carolina and excited to be working with Thomas Beach Vacations. My vast hospitality and customer service-based career has prepared me for this role, and I have much more that I want to continue learning. I look forward to working with our homeowners and being involved in the vacation rental industry.
