Andy is a homegrown resident, born and raised in North Myrtle Beach. He attended North Myrtle Beach High School and graduated from The Citadel with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Horry County Accommodations Tax Committee and a board member of the North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce.
Andy represents the third generation of the Thomas family and has been with Thomas Real Estate, Inc. and Thomas Beach Vacations since 2004. As the Director of Homeowner Services, he believes that knowing and understanding the goals of our vacation rental property owners is key to client satisfaction.

Originally from Landis, N.C., I fulfilled a lifelong dream when I moved to the coast in 1986. Growing up, I spent lots of time every summer on the Grand Strand with my family. Over the years, I've watched the beach evolve into a place that honestly has something for folks of all ages.
A graduate of King's Business College and Horry-Georgetown Tech, I began my career in accounting and the newspaper business. My love of people and a natural penchant for providing good customer service made my move into the vacation rental field an easy decision. In 1997, I joined Thomas Beach Vacations as a licensed property manager.
I enjoy working with owners who have invested in vacation rental homes and condos to maximize their property's earning potential. I particularly enjoy consulting and assisting them with keeping their property's features at a level that provide their guests an excellent and memorable vacation experience.
When I'm "off-duty," my husband and I enjoy freshwater fishing and are members of the Swampfox Bass Fishing Club. I also am an active member of the Trinity Methodist Church, the Sun Fun Gals Bowling League, and the Ocean Drive Shag Club - a community association to promote and preserve our state dance--the Shag.

Although I was born in White Plains, N.Y., I've always considered Little River my hometown. Having lived here since I was seven, I suppose that makes me a naturalized southerner. It's easy to flourish in such a wonderfully warm and welcome community.
Growing up on the Grand Strand, it was only natural for me to find a career in the vacation industry. I spent summers during high school and college years working in various shops and restaurants along the beach, and had the pleasure of meeting people from all over the world. The delight they showed being able to enjoy a week or more in my hometown helped me to realize just what a blessing it truly is to live here.
I am a licensed real estate agent and have been at Thomas Beach Vacations for more than seven years. As a member of the Homeowner Services Department, my purpose is to help our homeowners achieve their personal goals for their vacation rental home or condominium. If their vacation rental is purely for investment, we'll plan to maximize the return through smart spending to provide what today's vacationing family wants. If the owner's intent is to help defray the cost of owning the family vacation home through seasonal rentals, we'll plan for that with competitive rates and personally overseeing the family's second home.
In addition to work, I love spending time with my husband and three daughters. We attend Our Lady Star of the Sea church and I am very active with the Home School Association at Holy Trinity Catholic School, having served two consecutive terms on the HSA Board. I enjoy great novels, movie marathons, baking, and picnics with my family.

Originally from New York, my family moved to beautiful Cherry Grove Beach in the late 1970s. I have lived in the area for more than 40 years which has given me extensive knowledge about the north Grand Strand. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family. I particularly enjoy boating, traveling and simply enjoying life.
I'm happy to announce that after 3 years as the Employee Development Manager for Thomas Real Estate, Inc., I have rejoined the Homeowner Services team here at Thomas Beach Vacations. I am a licensed Property Manager with 20 years experience in vacation rental owner management services and have been with Thomas Real Estate, Inc. for more than 25 years. I have enjoyed working with hundreds of vacation property owners and have built many lasting relationships. I am excited to once again offer my knowledge, skills and services to our vacation rental homeowners.

Originally from Chillicothe, Ohio, I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Ohio University, with a minor in Business Administration. After college, I decided to move down to the North Carolina/South Carolina area to be closer to family and to my girlfriend (now wife). I have had multiple stints in the sports industry, interning with the Cincinnati Reds of the MLB and my Alma Mater, Ohio University, in the Ticket Services department. I have been a member of the Thomas Beach Vacations family since 2017, working as a Guest Services Representative. One valuable lesson I have learned from my past job experiences, as well as my marriage, is that communication is the key to a healthy relationship. As your Owner Services Representative, I will ensure a high level of communication that will serve as a building block to a strong foundation and a trusting business relationship.

Our guest services staff also reviews guest surveys and often contributes excellent recommendations for improvement.
SUPPORT & MARKETING SERVICES… TO ENHANCE and ASSIST
WE MAXIMIZE THE POTENTIAL of your property by evaluating guest vacation preferences, market trends, individual property performance, and other factors. Our Support Services Director maintains system data and coordinates with Homeowner Services and Guest Services to establish optimum rental rates and seasons. With our new Internet Marketing Director, we aggressively promote the homes and condominiums on our vacation rental program via various print and internet venues. Ongoing projects include increased e-campaigns, effective use of social media, creating special web pages, maintaining portions of our website, and producing our vacation rental guide.
IT’S ALL IN THE DETAILS and we do it right. As your vacation rental manager, we process all guest revenue and vendor expenses. Our accounting department prepares detailed monthly homeowner statements for distribution on or before the 10th of each month. They also prepare and distribute a tax information packet at year’s end to each homeowner.
OWNERNET IS USER-FRIENDLY, and is password and user ID protected just for you. View your property’s reservation calendar and check for both guest and owner bookings. You can make owner reservations online at your convenience. Monthly statements and work orders are posted online for your review. You can even read and or reprint posted newsletters and other items of interest.
