NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — If you book the same week at the beach every year, 2027 will come with something new about 25 minutes down the coast: a purpose-built outdoor music venue on the Intracoastal Waterway, attached to a working brewery and a full restaurant.

357 Brewers broke ground in September 2026 on three acres at Grande Dunes Marina. The plan puts a 10,000-square-foot building — brewery, restaurant and bars — next to a 5,000-square-foot outdoor pavilion, with waterfront seating facing the Intracoastal.

Why the Size Matters
The Grand Strand already has plenty of places to hear music. What it has had little of is the mid-sized outdoor room — bigger than a bar stage, smaller than an arena.
That band of capacity, roughly 3,000 to 4,000, is where a lot of touring acts land: too big for a club, not yet filling a shed. A venue in that range tends to pull shows that would otherwise skip the market entirely, which is the practical difference visitors will feel.
