Magic at the Beach Returns to Wonders Theatre September 10–12 With Only 50 Public Seats Per Show

Some of the most accomplished magicians and variety entertainers working today will converge on Broadway at the Beach next month for Magic at the Beach 2026, a three-day convention running September 10 through 12 at Wonders Theatre — and for the general public, getting in will take almost as much luck as the tricks themselves. Most seats in the intimate 170-seat theater are reserved for magicians attending the convention, leaving just 50 public tickets available for each of the three evening performances. Once those are gone, the shows are sold out.

The roster reads like a highlight reel of modern magic. This year’s performers include alumni of Penn & Teller: Fool Us and Masters of Illusion, America’s Got Talent veterans, international magic award winners, regulars at Hollywood’s legendary Magic Castle, and entertainers who have headlined cruise lines and performed for royalty and celebrities around the globe. A Full Convention Behind the Curtain

While the evening shows are the public face of the weekend, Magic at the Beach runs deeper for registered attendees. The convention opens at 3 PM on September 10 and continues late into the night on September 12, packing in lectures from the featured performers, open-mic stage and close-up competitions with a new one-trick, five-minute format, and a dealer room hosted in the event spaces at Dave & Buster’s, directly next door to the theater and open all three days. Full registration, which includes a ticket to the Saturday gala, runs $233 for magicians, $138 for spouses and guests, and $88 for junior magicians 12 and under.

The setting is part of the draw. Wonders Theatre, located at 1320 Celebrity Circle in the heart of Broadway at the Beach, is a 170-seat venue built for exactly this kind of intimacy — professional lighting, sound, and projection in a room where no seat sits far from the stage. The theater is the year-round home of internationally touring illusionist Charles Bach, whose flagship production, Wonders! A Magical Experience, blends Las Vegas-style grand illusion with dance and comedy and continues its nightly 7 PM run alongside the convention, with a 4 PM Sunday matinee.
