Information on Rental Property Pool Openings

The Homeowner Associations in South and North Carolina have updated standards for opening pools for the summer of 2020 per their respective Governors.

Those standards are under review by thousands of homeowners associations and the decision of when or whether to open their pools rests with the boards of those associations.
