Two New Breeze Airways Routes Launch at Myrtle Beach International Airport
Myrtle Beach International Airport is expanding its reach once again as two new Breeze Airways routes begin service this week, offering travelers additional convenient options to reach the Grand Strand.
The new nonstop flights connect Myrtle Beach with Orlando, Florida, and Manchester, New Hampshire, marking another step forward in strengthening the region’s air travel network. The Orlando route begins service Thursday and will operate multiple days each week, including Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Service to Manchester launches Friday with flights scheduled on Fridays and Sundays.
The added routes are expected to bring increased visitor traffic to the Myrtle Beach area, especially as spring travel season begins to build momentum. For travelers in Central Florida and New England, the new flights provide direct access to one of the Southeast’s most popular coastal destinations, reducing travel time and eliminating the need for connecting flights.
Breeze Airways has also recently introduced a route between Myrtle Beach and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which began operating last month. Together, these new connections reflect growing demand for convenient, direct service into Myrtle Beach International Airport and underscore the area’s continued appeal as a year-round destination for vacationers.
Affordable introductory fares are drawing attention as well. Breeze has announced that one-way tickets on the newly added routes will start as low as $69, making beach getaways and short coastal trips more accessible for travelers across the East Coast.
Local tourism and hospitality leaders anticipate that the expanded flight schedule will support continued growth in visitor numbers, benefiting restaurants, attractions, golf courses, and accommodations throughout the Grand Strand. Increased accessibility through Myrtle Beach International Airport has long been viewed as a key factor in sustaining the region’s tourism-driven economy.
With more direct routes now available, travelers planning a trip to the Myrtle Beach area can expect easier access and greater flexibility when scheduling their visits. As the spring and summer seasons approach, the new Breeze Airways flights position Myrtle Beach to welcome even more visitors eager to experience the coast, local events, and the relaxed pace of life that defines the destination.
