Additional resort features include two hot tubs, a heated covered pool, a fun kids' pool, and a fitness center. Also available during summer months at the adjacent beach access is a "pay for" parasailing and banana boat service for additional aqua fun.
THE NORTH TOWER has five condos (#1-#5) per floor and the South Tower has seven condos (#6-#12) per floor. FREE WIFI is available in the pool area and in each condo for convenient connections. Garage clearance is 6'4". Sorry, motorcycles are not permitted.

The resurfacing of the South Spa will begin in September 2023. The pool, South Tower hot tub, kiddy pool, and grilling area will be closed from September 12th through mid-April 2024. During this same time, construction will take place on the balconies (restricting balcony access). With this scheduled maintenance will come sanding, hammering, and loss of use of balconies.
The indoor pool, lazy river, and North tower spa currently are open for everyone's use.
