Pier Watch Villas II 110 is a spacious six-bedroom, four-bath vacation condo located across the street from the beautiful beaches of Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach. This elegant two-story villa is perfect for your family’s next beach getaway or a group vacation with friends.

With 2,100 square feet of living space, it offers plenty of room to relax and gather. You’ll love the open floor plan where the fully-equipped kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining and living areas—perfect for meals, laughter, and movie nights. Enjoy two private balconies, a washer and dryer, and seven Smart TVs throughout the condo for everyone’s entertainment.

The Pier Watch Villas II community features a refreshing outdoor pool, shared elevator, and covered parking for up to three vehicles. This is a non-smoking, no-pets accommodation for a maximum of 12 guests.  Guests of Pier Watch II are also welcome to use the outdoor amenities located at oceanfront Pier Watch I, just catty-corner across the street at 3400 North Ocean Boulevard.  There, guests can enjoy the oceanfront pool and hot tub, easy beach access, and the close proximity to the Cherry Grove Pier.

You’ll be steps away from the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, one of the area’s most beloved landmarks. Cherry Grove Beach, known for its vast sandy shoreline, saltwater channels, and relaxed coastal charm, offers plenty to do for every member of your group. Stroll the beach, try your hand at fishing, enjoy fresh seafood from local markets, or unwind with a cold drink at one of the nearby oceanfront bars. For the adventurous, parasailing, banana boat rides, and the scenic Heritage Preserve hiking trails are nearby.

To offset this inconvenience, the rental rate has been adjusted to reflect the temporary conditions.  We appreciate your understanding as this is outside of our control.
