Joe's Bar & Grill is a casual dining establishment located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, across from the Alabama Theatre in Barefoot Landing and directly behind the Olive Garden Restaurant. They serve a variety of high-quality beef, veal, fresh seafood and poultry dishes in a casual atmosphere seven days a week.

They have an early bird dinner special Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, as well as a happy hour from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM on the same days. They open daily at 4:30 PM.
